Budweiser Stage Rules
General Rules
» No smoking within any seating or standing area of the Amphitheatre
» No re-entry
» No Strollers
PERMITTED ITEMS
Homemade food wrapped in plastic, blankets, low profile lawn chairs, only small collapsible umbrellas, one sealed plastic bottle of water, plastic refillable water bottles and non professional cameras (point & shoots, disposables).
All fans are permitted to bring specific items with them, including:
» Homemade snacks in plastic wrapping
» Personal blankets
» Low personal lawn chairs (23” x 22” x 24” maximum dimensions)
» Small umbrellas
» One factory-sealed plastic bottle of water
» Empty reusable non-metal water bottles
» Personal, non-professional cameras (some shows may request no cameras.)
Prohibited items at The Budweiser Stage
The list of prohibited items at the Budweiser Stage includes, but is not limited to, the following:
» Backpacks
» Oversized or non-clear bags
» Alcohol
» Illegal substances
» Chains and spikes on clothing
» Any weapons
» Large signs over 8.5” x 11”
» Cans
» Metal bottles
» Any glass
» Aerosol cans
» Laser pointers
» Audiovisual recording devices
» Professional camera equipment, for example, those with detachable lenses
» Tablets and laptops
» Selfie sticks
» Non-collapsible umbrellas
» Blankets or lawn chairs outside the stated dimensions
» Coolers
» Pets and emotional support animals.
Children Rules
Most shows at the Budweiser Stage are for all ages. Children two years old and younger do not need a ticket if they sit on a parent’s lap.
During your visit to the Budweiser Stage, you’ll find a code of conduct in operation. All visitors are expected to:
» Respect others at all times
» Not do anything that could lower the enjoyment of other fans
» Avoid intoxicated behavior.
The Budweiser Stage bag policy
The Budweiser Stage has a strict bag policy in place. Guests may bring a clear plastic bag no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. You may also bring a small clutch bag or purse up to 6” x 9”. Medical and diaper bags may be allowed, subject to security approval, and no backpacks will be permitted.
Cash policy at The Budweiser Stage
As with many large venues, the Budweiser Stage operates on a cashless basis. Please bring a credit card, debit card, or mobile payment method.
Ticket policy at The Budweiser Stage
The Budweiser Stage operates mobile ticketing for the majority of events. For some special shows, you may receive a ticket via email or in physical form. Please check your event page for more information.
Smoking policy at The Budweiser Stage
The Budweiser Stage operates the following smoking policies on event days:
» Smoking and vaping are banned in reserved seating, the lawn, and East & West Plaza sections
» Guests may smoke in the designated areas of Riverwalk and South Plaza
» Guests can bring and use personal amounts of cannabis in designated smoking areas, subject to legal age and security checks (cannabis must be stored in a sealed clear plastic container.)

The Budweiser Stage pet and service animals policy
Service animals are allowed at the Budweiser Stage. However, pets and emotional support animals will not be permitted entry.
