The show of the year is coming! Train, Gavin DeGraw & Michael Franti will be playing at the Molson Ampitheatre, Toronto, Canada! The ultimate combo of artists for the Mermaids of Alcatraz tour on Sunday the 14th July 2013 bringing you some of the biggest hits including ”Drive by” and ”Mermaid”. Show starts 7:00pm!
Train hit the music scene hard in 2010 with their top-selling single ”Hey, Soul Sister”. Since then, the pop-rock trio have become a multi-platinum selling band. Now on their 5th album, Train have won three grammy awards; two of which for the massive single ”Drops of Jupiter (Tell Me)” in 2002, as well as two billboard music awards and an award at the ASCAP pop music awards.. California 37 is Train’s fith studio album, featuring the hits ”50 ways to say goodbye”, ”Bruises” and ”Drive by” which was a top 10 hit in the UK.
Supporting Train are the massive Michael Franti and Gavin DeGraw. The creator and lead vocalist Michael Franti & Spearhead is best known for his new combinations of hip-hop music with various other styles. Gavin MdeGraw’s pop-soul presence was made big by the single ”Chariot” and ”I don’t want to be’, the theme song to the TV show One Tree Hill.
