Five years in the making, Thirty Seconds of Mars is finally landing at the fresh Budweiser Stage on Monday, August 12th, to promote their latest studio album, It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day.
Early in November, Jared Leto, the band's frontman, made history by being the first person to legally climb the Empire State Building in celebration of the launch of their massive Seasons 2024 World Tour. “The building is a testament to all the things that can be done in the world if we put our minds to it, which is largely the inspiration behind our most recent album,” he explained.
Released in September via Concord Records, multi-platinum-selling band Thirty Seconds to Mars, comprised of brothers Jared and Shannon Leto, is back with their sixth studio album. The record marks a shift for the band, delving into the darker aspects of the human experience while also acknowledging the hope and beauty that persist in the world.
According to a review by The Guardian, the energetic start of "Up in the Air" in most of their live concerts sets the tone for the night with a continuous build-up and a powerful chorus featuring a catchy "whoa-oh" melody. Going from zero to a hundred, Leto engages with the audience skillfully, and the consistent surge of the songs deeply connects with the crowd, who enthusiastically respond with loud cheers.
Supporting act AFI is a punk rock group known for their gothic tunes, with their sixth studio album, "Decemberunderground," peaking at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 charts. Meanwhile, Indie rock artist KennyHoopla is best known for new wave and dance-punk hits like "Estella" and "How Will I Rest in Peace if I'm Buried by a Highway?"
Viral YouTube sensation Poppy will also be present at the live event as she brings a pop performance packed with tracks from her critically acclaimed third album, "I Disagree," which includes the Grammy Award-nominated single "Bloodmoney."
We’re in luck because Ontario’s revamped waterfront venue is one of the hottest stages at the moment with its scenic views, pleasant environment, and overall warm atmosphere that welcomes fans across the nation!
