Peach Pit and Briston Maroney recently announced their 2025 Long Hair, Long Life co-headline tour. The 25-date run will make its way across North America and take over some of the finest venues out there. Kicking off on 20 May 2025 in Philadelphia, PA at The Met, the trek will make additional stops in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Austin, Charlotte and more, before wrapping up in June 2025 in Toronto, ON at the legendary Budweiser Stage. Indie rock outfit Bnny will join both bands across all dates.
The Long Hair, Long Life Tour comes off the heels of Peach Pit’s most recent album, Magpie. Dropped on 25 October 2024 via Columbia Records, the record found itself among the top 10 selling vinyl albums in its first week!! “The LP is a masterclass in expansive arrangement and deeply felt songwriting—a winning formula that only continues the incredible trajectory the band’s been on since their star-making debut EP Sweet FA in 2016,” says Live Nation. Magpie’s 11 tracklist sees the quartet deep dive into classic sounds while honing a musical niche that entirely feels like their own. Peach Pit is made up of lead singer Neil Smith, guitarist Chris Vanderkooy, bassist Peter Wilton, and drummer Mikey Pascuzzi. Known for their legendary live performances, full of plenty of stage diving and guitar solos, we expect their latest hit album to capture the same energy, and more! Peach Pit are touring vets. Ahead of the anticipated Long Hair, Long Life trek, Peach Pit is set to tour Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the UK.
Meanwhile, Briston Maroney is a mainstay in both the indie and folk music scenes. His sophomore album, Ultrapure, disrupted the industry in 2023, and everyone’s still raving about it! The hitmaker calls the album his “humble, unqualified, and earnest as hell attempt” at understanding the emotions that make up the human experience. After dropping Ultrapure, Briston Maroney began a huge world tour, stunning audiences with sold out headline shows across North America and Europe, and starring at esteemed festivals, like Lollapalooza, Osheaga, and All things Go. With new music in the pipeline for 2025, the Long Hair, Long Life trek might just be the most anticipated tour of the year! Book your tickets today while you still can!
